Julie – Managing Director
I bring a wealth of leadership experience to Magenta Resourcing, having held senior management team roles over the past 25 years. I have a diverse background, from both National & International Manufacturing & Shipping, Retail, Import & Export, Driving & Industrial, Warehousing , Construction & Mobile Cranes, HR, Interim Management & Restructuring, Spas, Hairdressing & Hospitality. I am passionate about how we deliver projects, partnering with clients to bring the most cost effective & tailored solution to resourcing requirements. I am able to lead a team from CEO level in corporate worlds to a smaller entity with maybe just 1 or 2 staff. Each & every project we work on we deliver with the ultimate goal of finding the right person or team for the benefit of both themselves & our clients. This ultimately brings better performance & therefore better financial synergies. I oversee every project personally that we work on, although allowing the creativity & relationship building from within our team to our clients team. Des comes from a strong sales back ground with over 15 years of experience. Having gained his HND in Hospitality Management he started off his career within the Hotel Sales sector, and also has a strong background in recruiting as a consultant for the NHS which gave him a sense he was contributing in a positive way. He is personable & easily approachable making the journey for candidates to on board really easy.
Over the years he has dealt with blue chip companies and their need to resource the best candidates, thus making sure business are always staff with the best. He is the firm believer of getting thing done right first time. Des’s passion is for Rugby as well as Formula 1 & is so lucky to live very close to the track at Silverstone.
Charlotte – Operations Manager
Charlotte is the glue that keeps the operation together.
She has a big background in Sales including Property, Mobile Cranes, Hospitality & Construction.
She’s highly efficient & is great at creating processes that make our operation run more smoothly.
She is funny & entertaining & instils confidence in both clients & candidates that they are in good hands.
She is a working mum which shows her multi-tasking skills brilliantly.
She is skilled in the equestrian field, but as a working mum has little time for hobbies currently.
